Pushed from Pillar to Post!!!

My iPhone4S recently got damaged and I took it in to the Vodacom Repairs Station Sandton. I received a call that my claim has been approved, I can simply go into any Vodacom store, my claim will be processed and I will get another phone. I am told I need to pay access of -R3400 to get a iPhone 5 or -R1700 for iPhone4S. I was shocked at the replacement value payable. I went to Clearwater Branch yesterday, was told Insurance closed at 6pm and the store cannot assist me. I went to Vodaworld today, went to Customer care where I was not assisted but then directed to Vodacom Shop. I went to Vodacom Shop and was told to sign a form and later told that my approval letter was not on the system I should go back to Customer care. I went back to Customer care, Barbara Kutumela was rude and reluctant to assist as she was off to lunch when asked to assist me. I explained again, she told me since I don't know which phone I want to get, I need to walk to all cellphone makers and ask them which phone is equivalent to my claim then come back with a cellphone make then she will assist. She then told in order for her to assist, i need to go fetch my damaged cell then personally exchange it for new
