Since I reported a disconnection caused through Vodacom's error of 8-lines (1-voice, 7-data) on 27. August, VODACOM was unable to reconnect the 7-data lines in the last 3-weeks. Numerous visits to a Vodashop and Vodaworld in Midrand were all in vain. Countless calls from our company and Vodashop to Vodacom resulted in no response. Even the Vodashop is unable to speak to someone with competence at Vodacom to address the problem.
Vodacom claims the sim cards are all activated but none of them work. Sim cards were tested and confirmed to be functional by technical staff at a Vodashop and Vodaworld.
Vodacom corporate shows complete incompetence of as how to handle a customer related technical problem.
