Funny wen I got my wrong statement n contacted virgin they told me they will look into the matter n get back to me which they never did n just went ahead n debited my account n by the way I was quering 616 against 169 top up n they debited 919 during the time they were suppose to credit the nov mistake n investigate the dec mistake. Now they are telling me about some 7 days waiting period why didn't they use their 7 days period before debiting my account. Soo. Wat I must say to my creditors hei. Please wait seven days virgin mobile debited me wrong n are waiting for seven days to refund what they from me two months in a row? U couldn't wait seven days to investigate. So I also don't have seven days. To spare. I want my money by end of bussines tommorow I want no voucher coz u did not get a voucher from my account. N I also don't want credits I want my money back in the account u it from
