POOR SERVICE OLD CUSTOMER

I was advised on 8 Aug by Cancellation - Nkosi dept to cancel one of my contracts as VC could not provide me with a better deal than a cellC offer. I paid R202. Two days later Brain from same dept indicated that they can better the deal and I should reactivate in order to upgrade, I paid R285 for reactivation. After various calls to Customer care & Cancellations I went to Vodaworld Customer Care on 20 Aug where I spend 3 hours. Raymond senior consultant advised me to apply for new contract and that old number would be allocated to the number after activation. New contract was approved. On 23 Aug I emailed Raymond to enquire, he replied on 26 Aug that it would still be activated. To date Raymond has not answered any further emails or messages. After a almost a month and hours of calls to various VC departments, my problem has not been sorted out. I have 3 contracts and a VIP business contract with VC. Please assist!!!
