Have now booked in my phone again as I was told by ARC, Divan. I did that and received a new ref nr, once again. Ref: 9448641

Received sms: estimate of R618.97 has been generated on job 9448641 that I must phone Vodacom Bayside, which I did. The guy told me the manager will phone me bqck in half an hour. That was on Friday the 27th. It is Monday, I have not heard anything! J

Please remember that my phone was given in on the 14th of November, then again at Vodacom Century city!!!
I was told by Samsung that I will get a replacement phone! Vodacom repaired it and just wanted me to accept it! I then phoned ARC again and spoke to Divan who said I cpuld hand it in at any Vodashop. Bayside was the closest...

This is the 3rd issue I have with Vodacom in the last few weeks. As a customer who spend R2100 a month, I do not accept to be treated like this!!! I pay, but no gain for it!!!

Samsung telephonicly: 7112171769, spoke to Kamohelo who said Cellucity must replace the phone.
Cellucity Century city sends me to Vodacare century city
