Autopage bad service

On Monday 25 November I took out a new contract (Sony Xperia tablet Z with 2GB data per month) at 11:30 am. The man that helped me told me it will be activated in the next 2 - 24hrs. I then upgraded another contract of mine as well. On the 26 November at 11:35 am I called customer care and told them the device is not activated jet. They then told me it was not activated from Vodaworld side, that they will do it and it will take 2 - 24hrs. Again.
On the 27 November at 8:08am I called customer service and again told them the device is not connected. Again they told me they will submit and it will take 2 - 24hrs. At 9:20am I called Vodaworld autopage and talk to Tapo and h? said they will allocate a new number and it will be activated today. At 14:47 I have phone Vodaworld autopage again and talk to a lady (Modiseng) and se said she will sort it out and call me back in 5min. From 15:30 till 15:42 I tried numerous times to call and they just didn't answer. At 15:50 I called customer care and they told me it's only Vodaworld autopage that can help me. At 16:00 I tried calling Vodaworld autopage a few times but again the phone just keeps on ringing for about 60sec and then just goes off.
