I was actually shocked by the service received by your customer service as well as your cell c store in Kenilworth centre. I have just lost my phone in Kenilworth centre on the 27th december and wanted to lock my line. when i walked into the store i was told "sorry we cannot help you the account holder must come in" i then asked can I call the customer service and can they help me as my line is on a open contract i was told "no sorry only the account holder can do that" what ever happened to helping third party customers like any normal network??? and what would cell c do if this who my phone had to run up a bill?
You guys seriously need to learn what customer service is... because when the account holder called in he was told they cannot blacklist the phone. What the are you guys even doing at that place Heaven knows if the line is even LOCKED!
