Worst customer experience

I did a sim swap at this store a few weeks ago. The SIM card given to me was a micro sim with a holder to make it a full size sim. I needed a full size SIM but the store told me that I can use it with the holder in my device. Yesterday the microsim dislodged in my device causing it to be stuck. I had to pull out the sim and the holder which has now damaged my device. I called customer care and they informed me that there are full size sims with LTE. I went to the store today to query this and everyone in the store told me that the full size sim was discontinued and they dont sell them anymore. when i called the call centre an agent managed to find a store that had these sims (eastagte). The people working in the store thought this was a big joke, even calling the call centre agent drunk, it was very unprofessional and they seemed disinterested in helping me to resolve this issue. I will not put a sim in a holder and damage another device but i received blank stares and no help with regards to how do i get this situation to work. The store manager (Zack) was disinterested in helping me. If they were my staff i would fire them immediately! making the customer feel like a fool
