Seriously disappointed on Cell C

I'm on a Cell C Contract (Straight Up 50) and my line has been barred/blocked twice in less than 5 days. I can't even make calls. When I call the customer service I'm told my account is in arrears. To my surprise, Cell C debited my account on the 24th of December and they succeeded as there were funds. Whats frustrating me is that I can't make calls while I footed my bill. I even emailed proof of payment to one of the Cell C customer care agents on the 7th of Jan and she opened my line after seeing proof. The line is locked again. I don't even know why now because I told the agent to debit whatever amount I owe if any and stop barring my line because that is seriously inconveniencing me. I'm very disappointed on Cell C. Very. Somebody help please.
