I am totally disgusted with the service of the cell c provider. On the 31st of January 2013 I loaded my bis as per normal and discovered that i had no service the next day. I proceeded to call the call centre to inform them of the problem. they ensured me that they are attending to the problem and that i will be back on line in no time.

After numerous calls to them they finally admitted that the problem was with the network. I phoned daily with new hope and promises from them. A long story short, I finally walked into a cell c store in Long beach Mall Cape Town and they got me back on line after the call centre advised me not to go to a store as they would not be able to assist me.

For three weeks i have not been able to use my bis service on my blackberry and i became very frustrated and wanted to go to another provider. Why could cell c not inform their customers of the problem and why did i have to phone them? I asked to be reimburst for my bis service on the 22 Feb and to date no response from them. I don".t think that cell c values their customers and dont know the first thing about customer service. i have a sour taste in my mouth! Come on cell c. What you gonna do?
