SHOCKING SERVICE AND RUDENESS and FALSE DELIVERY

I have been researching the apparent cell c deals on offer for quite a few days. I found the deal to be unbelievable (r399 hero deal for iPhone) and decided to phone a few cell cs in Cape Town. First of all only one in the five that I called had stock of the particular phone i wanted- kenilworth centre- so I gathered all the necessary documentation I understand they needed and went in store- more then 1HOUR standing WAITiNG-UNACCEPTABLE! Then I was told my application form had to be sent away for approval- after more waiting I was told it was unsuccessful due to only having a cheque account! Unreal! On top of a most indifferent attitude from all of the kenilworth cell c branch too- I was so upset with all this I called the cpt head office and I managed to speak to a lady who had within 10mins sorted out my contract and the correct phone I wanted. I had decided to put it into a relatives name with a credit history as I couldn't handle more blood boiling and disappointment.
I was again told to bring all the necessary documentation for both parties in-& a letter of authorization from relative for contract. Upon arrival, I was told relative needed to be instore to sign!!!
