The overall customer service at cell c is terrible. This is what we have come to expect, however the gross negligence and the severe overchage on my account for this month has me in absolute disarray.
I brought the phone into the local cell c store and was advised that my settings were incorrect and set to bypass the cell c server.. this resulted in one charge for internet data amounting to R200 . I was not able to see what sites I am reported to visit after 23:00 everynight as this was not available to the store clerk. I was advised to the call the cell c store or just accept the charge. I DO NOT ACCEPT THE CHARGE! I called the 140 customer service line and was asked to confirm details, I explained my father is the account holder but the nature of my query, I was told they would not deal with me they need to speak to the account holder. A brief flash back, over the past 6 months I have been contacted by a number of cell c consultants that have told me deals aimed at rewarding my loyalty to the company... funny they didn't ask to speak to the account holder then... I have thus given up on the cell c customer line and resort to hello peter. Please respond this is a query.
