I went into Foschini Kenilworth On Friday to buy a bottle of perfume. I've been a Foschini account holder for about 20 years. as i was standing in the line i realised that there was quite a long line in front ogf me and majority of the customers were elderly. There was only one staff member helping and she was busy activating a customers newly purchased cellphone. I then asked for management and the lady just ignored me. I then approached 2 other staff memebrs that were busy with stock and asked them the same question and again i got no response. I am really horified that Foschini staff cannot see for themselves that the elderly women in the branch needed help. the whole branch is to blame for this!
