I was held up and My cell phone was. My Boyfriend is the account holder and was over seas. I could not block the sim nor the phone until he called, despite me having all the account information.
We then went into the store to collect a phone replacement quote for the insurance, and do a sim swap so when I bought a new phone i could use it. The consultant unblocked the SIM and did what was necessary to port the number. 3 days later this has not happened. The call centre says only the store can assist. The store says only the call centre.

I am so fed of this service provider. I would advise anyone against using them, I have had nothing but problems with the network, with my account, with the poor attitude of the people working in the store. I would like a manager to contact me immediately. Obviously on a landline because I am still wothout a cell that works
