My brother is the account holder for the cell. no. 074 404 2678
He has called the Customer Service on the 11/05/2013 Saturday, 14/05/2013 Tuesday, 17/05/2013 Friday and 20/05/2013
We are trying to do a sim card swop to this number 084 821 4071 and it is so difficult for your staff to do.
I called and spoke to Mnkanta @ 7:40pm, Ref. No.: 130 520 144 129 on the 20/05/2013 and I wanted to know if the sim swop was done and she couldn't give me an answer to that because I am not the account holder. I just wanted a yes or a no answer?
I called my brother to call Cell C Customer Service and he spoke to a guy @ 08:20pm, Ref. No.:305 200 3090 they told my brother they called him but no-one called him.
I spoke to my brother @ 10:00am on 21/05/2013 and he told me that he need to buy a new sim card and have it RICA on his name.
My question is why didn't your customer care consultant tell us that on the 11/05/2013?
We have been years with Cell C and the service is pathetic and the staff in incompetent.
I hope to get an answer as soon as possible.
