Pathetic and Incompetent Service

FOR THE RECORD 8TA IS THE WORST CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER TO DEAL WITH! AND IM SORRY I LEFT MTN FOR YOU GUYS BECAUSE THEY WERE 100 TIMES BETTER THAN YOU.

My data bundle issue. I signed a contract for 100min and 450mb of data per month. The first few months i received all my data and the past few i received only 150mb. im told by the call centre i must go to the store because they dont have my records of the contract. i go to the store and they tell me the call centre must sort it. this is now going on for 3 months.

My billing from 8ta is PATHETIC. And all you guys want to do is suspend my services.
I WISH I NEVER JOINED YOU GUYS!!!
Every time you pay your bill a couple of days later im told via sms im in arears. i call your call centre and they say no im not. despite this my line still gets suspended. This is going on for a long time now.

I WANT MY ACCOUNT SORTED OUT NOW IF NOT THEN PLEASE JUST GIVE ME BACK MY CELL PHONE NUMBER AS I AM LOSING LOTS OF BUSINESS!!!
YOU GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT AND LET YOUR CUSTOMERS SUFFER DUE TO YOUR STUPIDITY?
