I took out a contract with cell C in march this year, whereby I found I had no network. I then returned the phone to cell c kenilworth store and did an OBF, I had to drive all the way to Tygervalley centre to get a new handset, only to find it was a network problem. The next day I returned to the kenilworth branch to cancel the contract where i handed in the handset and nano sim. The person who assisted me told me I needed to write a cancellation letter which I did at the store and filled in relevant forms. I even called the Call centre to make sure that they receive my cancellation forms ref no 3041502673. The call centre person who assisted me told me to send a letter of cancellation which I did. There was no response from Cell C.i have been to the store many times with this.To this date im being billed for a cell phone I do not have and no sim. This cancellation was done within the 7 day period and I would like a refund from the day I cancelled as its not my fault that Cell C has such incompetent staff and such poor communication skills! I would like this matter sorted out ASAP! I AM VERY UNSATISFIED AND FIND THE WAY THIS MATTER WAS HANDLED UNACCEPTABLE.
