Vodacom
Sony Xperia V screen crack

I brought the Sony Xperia V about 6 months ago, in the beginning it had problems, it would freeze, just restart its self or really get hot when i'm using it, this all still happens. about a week ago a was charging it and when i switched it back on there was a crack across the top part of the screen. the crack is internal so there's no way i would have damaged it, so now Vodacom wants me to pay R3391 to replace it because they say its physical damage. The screen shows but i cant use the bottom part cause of the crack. I went on the internet and saw that this is a problem with the Sony Xperia range.

A big company like Vodacom knew that the phones had problems, but still sold the phones, with no warning that the screens are faulty. Vodacom should replace the screen for free as part of the warranty, as it is a factory fault.
