I have a sony experia z phone which I have for about 6 months on a Vodacom contract. In late December the screen started to crack by itself, as far as I am concerned this is a manufacturing fault. According to sites on the internet this is a problem with the experia z range. Vodacom was unwilling to repair the phone under warranty and also billed me R3600 rand to repair a manufacturers fault. They gave me a faulty replacement phone and the guy who helped me was unwilling. I am sorry Vodacom but if this is you're attitude you will not be getting any support from me in the future. Very disappointed
