My screen cracked in my pocket just like all the others complaining on here. I have been without my phone for 2 months now and still no joy from Sony! I sent it in with a fine hairline crack to the bottom LCD screen (which was barely visible unless you tilted the phone to a certain angle), which was not caused by any kind of abuse from me. It was returned unrepaired, the screen protector removed and with new damage to the top panel of glass (which definitely was not there when sent in, it doesn't even match up with the original crack to the bottom screen) in the form of a crack that goes all the way through now!!! and now the repair centre is trying to claim that this is now physical damage and therefore voids the warranty!! Sony is refusing to acknowledge this issue with their screens and will not accept liability even though there are a lot of people experiencing this problem.
If there are any other people in SA that are having this issue please contact me so we can fight this together.
