Really disgusted at Sony Mobile and the Xperia Z. With countless incidents of screens cracking on their own, they refuse to take responsibility and honor their warranty agreement. They say it cracked due to physical abuse, but i can assure you my phone was overheating the day i got it! It was protected by a screen guard and protective cover. So the physical abuse quoted by Sony is not possible. I could not even see how bad the crack was with my screen guard on. I had to remove the screen guard and still, I struggled to see the crack. My screen was in excellent condition. A PR lady from one of their contracted marketing companies picked up my phone and tried to get them to repair it, first saying it was shattered which is not true, it is a hairline crack running across my phone from side to side and then she says its a hairline crack running from the Sony badge on the top of the phone until the bottom of the phone. Which is NOT correct! Seems like they're looking for any small reason not to repair these phones. Sony Europe have eventually decided to repair these phones under warranty after months of their clients fighting to get this done. I should've taken the Samsung Galaxy S4!
