I got a response about a complaint i had about my phone and still dont feel like the matter was resolved.i still don't understand why I should take up this problem with the manufacturer Sony.
Vodacom got the phone at sony, and i got it at vodacom. So Vodacom should take this up with Sony, as it was sold faulty phones.
If i buy a Samsung dvd player at game and its faulty, i dont take it to Samsung; i take it to game and game as a company takes it to Samsung because Samsung sold them faulty goods. As you should do the same, you cant make me pay to fix faulty good.
