MY Xperia Z is only about 2 months old and the screen under the glass just cracked by itself. I wasn't even using the phone.
I found numerous threads online with customers complaining about the same problem and getting no results from Sony.
I phoned Sony and spoke to Peter in Cape Town. Apparently they don't deal with Sony phones. His exact words. We don't have anything to do with Sony phones! From Sony!!
I will not pay R3500 to replace the screen that I didn't break.
