I'm so sad about blackberry. Taking me up and down with their product. I won a blackberry Z10 in October 2013. The phone was always hot and the ear phones went working. I took it to vodacom and they told me the phone was faulty. I should take it back to Blackberry. I took it to menlyn and the said I must take it to Blackberry in Rosebank. I did what I was told and at rosebank they said I must take it to the nearest vodacom. I did as they told me. At vodacom I was told to fix the phone is R5300.00. I am really sad about the service blackberry is giving me. I mean I won that Z10. I'll rather go buy self a new phone with that R5300. Is been 2 months now.
