I recently purchased a Blackberry Q10, it worked for the first couple of weeks and just stopped working once I downloaded the a new version of the software. I now do not get sms, call and battery is fire hot all the time.
I refuse to book the phone in for repair as this will take 14 days, the phone is not working. Vodacom is uncooperative in the process and they do not even give a replacement phone that is at least smart phone.
This is unacceptable Blackberry and Vodacom need to work together to assist clients.
