Bought a new Blackberry 9320 for my daughter at Foschini and it gave problems from day one. Battery wont charge and phone freezes. My other daughter has same phone on contract and same problems. WHY DOES BLACKBERRY SA NOT COMMUNICATE OR RESPOND? Vodacom just want to send phones to JHB for two weeks for repairs. Then they loan you an ancient phone. Its obvious that this model Blackberry is faulty. Google the model and find hundreds of complaints. As service provider for BB Vodacom should take responsibility and replace the faulty phones with different models. Can anyone tell me how to communicate with BLACKBERRY SA to sort this out?
