R30, 000/year repairbill

Xperia Z which I took on my cotract upgrade is cracking its SECOND screen in five months, didnt even fall, just a hairline crack starting in the MIDDLE of the screen, first time fell of my bed, I have it in a rubber cover, First round cost almost R5000 to repair and Sony doesn't seem to care. Try getting through to Sony head office, their call center is 'not authorized to give the head office number'. Firs time when I handed it in I was told that it is not covered by warranty due to abuse (not even a scratch on the rest of the phone, as with this time, where the crack is starting in the MIDDLE of the screen away from all sides and from inside. First time I handed it in I was also told that the phone had been immersed in water, which is not true unless they count steam or water drops. At this rate the phone will cost me R 30, 000 per year in repairs, which is ridiculous. This phone was demonstrated and advertised that it is robust and can handle small knocks. Maya at 086 163 2222 gave a commitment that I would have a call from head office between 4 and 4:30pm today, this has long passed and no call. She also refuses to give me their head office number. Useless after sales service.
