I upgraded to a Sony Experion Z 3 months ago. Within the 1st 2 months the touchpad developed a crack. The image screen is fine but half of the touchpad is non functional. Beware owners of this phone, I did not drop this phone or mishandled it. I am of the opinion that the crack was caused by expansion. It is their word against mine and I did not damage the screen. It is not covered under the warranty and the cost to repair the touchscreen alone is R4200.00 just half the price of a new phone. Sony advertises that there is tempered glass in an aluminium case, maybe true but the touchscreen on top of the glass is plastic. so much for modern technology. Sony can shove the handset up where the sun doesn't shine. it is a piece of Chinese. As for me, its back to my blackberry.
