On the 26th October 2013 I cancelled my MTN data contract (ref no. 105484126) that was confirmed and assured my last debit order will be 15th November 2013. But this morning they debited again. I phoned the call centre and with a lot of trouble eventually got to Contracts call centre who told me the contract was never cancelled by me. I want my money paid back immediately because the sim no longer works or recieves data. I was transferred to cancellation call centre again and subsequently cut off.
