My sony xperia T started shorting out when plugged in charge or switched on, i took the phone back to mtn (seeing that the contract is out with them) 2 weeks later the phone gets returned to mtn and i get contacted that my phone has been "fixed" and ready to be collected.when i get to mtn they told me that my phone hasn't been fixed due to sony doesn't fix Physical damaged phone...
the phone is not evens a year's old as i got it last year march, and since the day i got the phone i made sure a cover was putten on, not evens a single scratch on the screen or phone, and i never let the phone fall once in its life time as i look after my things... also when i got the phone back it came with scratches on top of the phone and on the side, if Sony or MTN doesn't do anything about this I will go to court
