VODACOM worst service ever!!

Two months ago my Samsung S3 phone started to drop calls. On the 10/11/2013 (Job Number: 9359373-09185326) I handed in the phone for repairs at Vodacom Repairs Somerset West.
The phone was booked in under warranty (to be sent to repair centre). They kept me up to date and 7 days later I collect my phone.
Half an hour later the drop-calls started again. On the 17/11/2013 (job number: 9380595-09185733) my phone was booked in again. After two weeks, I contacted Vodacom to find out what is the status was and were informed the phone will not be repaired under warranty. I was informed that the screen was cracked. This came as a BIG surprises as the screen didn't have any cracks when it was handed in as noted on the Device inspection form.
Another visit to Vodacom and a few phone calls later, they replace the screen & did repairs. On the 13/12/2013 got feedback that phone is ready and i collected it on the 14th of December. Today on the 17th of December my phone was handed in again for still dropping calls (job number: 9472773-09187477).
The phone was send in today for the 3rd time in just over a month and it's still not fixed. So now we wait and see... AGAIN!!!
