Received a samsung s4 upgrade phone, after 3 days i immediately call the call centre because the phone was getting extremely hot when it was charged and it also freezed. After less then 5 days i called the call centre and they arranged for the phone to be dispatched. When my phone was delivered I was told that if there is a problem within 7 working days i will receive a new handset. So i expected that to happen. Now the whole story changed they must still see what i wrong with the phone and i dont get a courtesy phone. I have to sit without a phone whilst im paying for the contract it can be for up to 21 days. That is totaly unacceptable for me and i really want this mess sorted out as it is of great inconvenience for me. Ive been busy with call centre who just waste my airtime and a team leader was supposed to call me back on saturday 15/12, and im still waiting for the call. I want a new phone ASAP because how can a brand new phone give so much grieve!
