I upgraded my my contract i October 2012 and a blackberry 9900 phone. At the beginning of December 2012 two rows of pixels that went dead on the phones screen. Phone was handed in at Vodashop Secunda. When I got it back two weeks later my phone was replaced with a refurbished phone and this 3 months after the upgrade of my contract. MY phone was 2 months old when the problem started in Deccember 2012. I complained about this and after several calls my phone as replaced with a new phone. I had to live without it for another 2 weeks. Already 4 weeks without a contract phone that is under warranty. Recieved my phone back on 11 February and on 20 February 2013 the phone started restarting by itself. I gain handed the phone in at Vodashop Secunda. AGain it was send away for repairs. Up do date 11 March I still did not get my phone back which is still under warranty. This is extremely bad customer support from Vodacom. I use my phone to do my work wihout it I am in trouble because I do not have a phone to receive or make any calls
