I gave in my phone at Vodacom to repair my screen of my Samsung Galaxy Note that was cracked, two weeks later I get it back and the screen is fixed, then I dicovered my battery is messed up. I booked it back in again, and asked them to repair it. Since I gave in y phone for a cracked screen, my battery was working 100%, when I receive my phone back the battery is swollen, and the battery life is up to nothing. Vodacom repairs tell me that I must replace the battery since the battery has only a 6 month warrenty. So now I told them that they must replace my battery on their costs, because when I gave my phone in the first time, nothing was wrong with my battery, and when a get it back, my battery is swollen and messed up. They don't want to replace it, now I must fix their problem at my own cost. I think it is very unprofessional of them. I am cancelling both my contracts at vodacom when they need to be renewed, because this is the second bump I have with Vodacom!
