My wife handed the Samsung note in at the Vodacom Repairs store at Westgate. When see handed over the notebook to the consultant there was no crack on the screen what so ever. In addition you will see that the consultant did not make any note that there was a crack on the screen. After a few days we only got an e-mail that we will have to pay for the repair. I had to phone the Cresta store to ask why we need to pay and the answer was that the screen is cracked and we need to pay for the damages. After a long dispute with the branch manager and his 2 IC, they said they will send the phone to head office and they will come back to me. No one informed us of what's going on so I had to phone again. The agent said I need to send an email to get this issues resolved. Today I had to phone again for feedback only to find out that it is a physical damage and that they can't be blamed for physical damages to a devices and that Vodacom consultants who book the device in for repairs can' pick up damages or cracked screens! Let's blame is on the customer what do WE (vodacom) care!!! OOOO and the new thing is "what can Vodacom do to make you smile"
