Unwillingness to help

My dad lives close to Port Elizabeth He is got three Contracts one for his wive and the other two for his kids. He wanted to go to Port Elizabeth to a virgin store to be able to assist him with the one line for his wive. Only to find out that there is no more store or any people in Port Elizabeth that can help him. I phoned the customer care line to tell you guys to phone him to assist him with his problem with the line. He can't phone from any of the three contract numbers and he does not feel why must he incur more cost for himself because of virgin mobiles fault Only to be told that you will not phone anybody even after I told your call center that he is going to cancel all three contracts because of the call center unwillingness to help him with his problem. So phone him or say goodbye to a 5 year old loyal client.
