Ah yet another disappointing and frustrating service. I have had lengthy conversations with client services and personnel at the Stanger branch last week and to some excitement the lady at the Stanger branch located my phone, which was sitting at the MTN office in JHB.
Client services couldn't even tell me where my phone was, If I hadn't called around and literally looked for my phone, I am sure they will not have bothered about it.
There was only ONE response after this ad and non after that. I had to keep following up!
Then this morning I get an sms stating that my phone is still at the approved technical department... BUT it was supposed to be on its way to Stanger or here already!!!
I am so disappointed by this service and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHIC AT ALL. What is the process that I need to follow in order to cancel my contract with them???
