Cancelled contracts yet still billing me

I had 4 contracts with Virgin mobile, 2 of my contracts came up for renewal and I went into the Virgin Menlyn branch and asked too cancel these 2 contracts at the end of August 2013 as I was opening new contracts with Cell C. I asked to please fill in a cancelation form but was told that they would do it for me and they phoned the cancelation department. I returned to the Menlyn store on the 21st August to confirm that this had been done. On Friday the 4th October my other 2 phones were dead and my son went into the Menlyn store and he was told that all four contracts had been cancelled. I phoned the cancelation department and I to was told that, I asked to have the 2 contracts reopened and was told that that was impossible. I ported these numbers to Cell C. Now after many phone calls and visits to Menlyn store all 4 contracts are still alive and even my payments are not coming off. Now would Virgin mobile please do the right thing. realise that you and stop billing me and reimburse me the money you owe me. I will not pay for the amounts outstanding on the handsets as you cancel my contracts not on my request
