Last Friday i noticed my phone is saying that Sim card registration has failed. i called virgin mobile and the said that they had deleted my phone number and should get a new one. i told the guy he is crazy. i want my number back and he said he will email the it people. the following Monday i called them and they emailed them again and the Tuesday i phoned again and no one can help me after 4 times i got cut of the line. i phoned them Wednesday and they said they are going to call me back. i haven't heard anything yet after a week. i am a week now without my phone number and i need it for banking. Virgin mobile is the worst service provider ever and i suggest everyone not to use virgin mobile and port your number to another service provider. i cant believe they just deleted my number without warning me or sending me a sms
