VERY BAD SERVICE

I ported my three 8ta numbers to Virgin about a month or two ago. I decided to upgrade to three classic contracts. The experience was so bad I had to cancel the order after having to phone after a week and find out they had no stock! They then convinced me to give them another chance as they suddenly got new stock. They promised to deliver by last Friday but on producing the required documents I was told I had to give copies which neither Virgin or the couriers notified me of. I could not get the phones as I had no access to a photocopy machine. This morning out of frustration I cancelled all three contracts and converted them to pre-paid from airtime only (also pre-paid) contracts. I was told I could port as the numbers were set to pre-paid. I left work early on this understanding but found that after doing all the necessary paperwork I could not port. I phoned Virgin and was told that the numbers were still on contract and could not port. While I was trying to sort out why their system was not updated correctly I was cut off. When I phoned back the lines were down because they obviously went home! Shame on you Virgin!!
