3 months, still no phone

Dear sir/madam

I sent my phone for repairs from Grahamstown on 07/09/2013 and it was sent to a Vodacom repair shop Port Elizabeth. During the first month I received updates of my phones whereabouts. I received my last text message on 04/10/2013 saying my phone is in transit to my collection point.

From that day onwards I have received so many confusing information about where my phone is. I have been called twice to collect my phone from Port Elizabeth. When I follow up on that information it appears to be false because they keep telling me my phone cannot be found. On another incident i was told my phone was sent to the wrong branch and is now being sent back to Port Elizabeth. After a few days, i checked the progress and was told my it was lost, again.

I have been told that my phone will be replaced but I still do not have a phone. I have called several times, emailed but it seems as though nothing is being taken seriously. It's almost 3months now, with no phone and false statements from Vodacom Port Elizabeth. If they lost my phone I would really appreciate a replacement as promised because this is now very disappointing and poor service.
