I nigel roets with ID 7903045029087 converted and specifically asked for my number to be converted to prepaid 0722435499 and not disconnected from the network on 14 dec 2013 with refnr EC-ZHCE-21XQKA and today 17 dec 2013 my sim show sim not provisioned, I called retentions 0821958 from a landline 0112078187 and was informed by Thembile Twala that my sim was converted to prepaid but she is not sure if the number is going to be recycled or not but the best option to do is to go and buy a simcard and ask for a sim swop, why must I do the runaround??? I need my existing simnr 89600000000019997486 to be reactivated on prepaid with immediate effect and expect a call or feedback on the landline and e mail [Email Removed] today or I will make use of another service provider!!!
