I am a new Cell C customer and have been incorrectly billed since the start of my contracts.
Cell C's complete disregard and nonchalant attitude toward complaint resolution is appalling and disheartening.
For a company that advertises such greatness and satisfaction, I cannot say that I have experienced that.
I have had to contact the Service Provider on a monthly basis in order to reach a resolution, with no success.
Furthermore, it is a breach of contract when the company is billing incorrectly, and I will not allow Cell C to deduct incorrect amounts of monies from my bank account any further.
