Incompetent staff- prepaid conversion

On the 14th of March i called to cancel my existing contract and my number to be converted to prepaid. Which i was then informed that my contract will be cancelled and the number will be converted to prepaid. i then called in April to make sure that my number will be converted to prepaid and was advised that i will be. Then called in May the consultant assured me that there are notes made on the system for the contract to be terminated and the number to be converted to prepaid. On Friday my number was disconnected and now i cannot receive any emails. I then contacted Vodacom spoke to a few agents that was very unhelpful and was transferred from dept-to dept- i then spoke to a Mfana Nkhosi who was very unhelpful and rude so i asked to speak to his manager or supervisor. I was told there is no one on the floor so i then asked for his superiors names and he refused to give me a mangers or supervisors details. Why is it that we cannot speak to any superiors from Vodacom are they to good to take calls from clients especially when staff are incompetent to follow simple instructions how hard is it to convert a number to prepaid at the end of contract- i will be taking further action
