Hello Peter I am a very irate & frustrated customer, i used to have a cellphone which I received airtime from RMCS every month, NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. Everything was fine up until I got robbed & my phone was. I called RMCS to cancel & sim swap to be done, however I was promised to receive a call within 24 hours to do a sim swap & to CONVERT MY NUMBER TO PREPAID that was on 22 MARCH 2013, that was never done, RMCS keep on telling me that will receive a call TILL TODAY NO ONE HAVE CALLED, WHEN I CALLED THEY KEEP ON SAYING NUMBER WAS CONVERTED TO PREPAID, I HAVE CALLED AND WENT TO MTN MORE THAN 5 TIMES & WAS TOLD NUMBER WAS NEVER CONVERTED. This company is just taking an advantage of old people, I don't want anything to do with RMCS ever again. I want my number to be converted to prepaid asap, I am not going to buy any sim card for R140.00 as I was advised, I want to be able to by any prepaid starter pack. I also want confirmation in writing to prove that my number is converted to prepaid. I have tried all my best to resolve this issue, I am hoping that you will be able to assist me in resolving this issue. RMCS NEED TO BE CLOSED. REF#0405136191284 was given on 04/05
