I do not understand when you confirm in writing that my contract will be cancelled and converted to prepaid on the 10th of January 2013 and not action this.
When calling the cancelation department to find out why my contract as not been converted and cancelled the consultant Patricia confirms this has only been loaded for the 31st of January 2013
I want this contract cancelled and converted to prepaid TODAY and will not pay for ANY usage of today as i have confirmation in writing that my contract is cancelled and converted on the 10th of January 2013 and it not any error of mine
I will NEVER use any services of Vodacom just for this reason; i have been a loyal client for so many years and then get this bad service and attitude!
