My Landline number 012 3300185, after varoius attempts was cancelled, I get an sms saying I have fees outstanding when I called 10210, I am told that my line was converted to a prepaid service, I try to connect to Cancellation department with no luck.
The house in PTA as been sold, we have move out in July, so how was a disconnected or cancelled line then convertred to prepaid.
And my holiday resiudence is on WAYA-WAYA
PLEASE I WILL NOT PAY FOR A PREPAID LINE FOR 0123300185, AS I DIDNOT REQUEST IT.
I did request for my Line to be moved, but I was told I had to re-apply, becuase the house is still not transfered.
