7 days & still not converted to prepaid

On Monday, 19 August 2013 i went to Autopage Cellular in Bluff, Durban to take out a new contract for a Blackerry Bold 9790. I bought a vodacom simcard but asked for my own number to be used and the port was done. However i was not happy with the phone and i returned it on Wednesday, 21 August 2013. I asked for the contract to be cancelled as i am not happy with the phone and i would like to take a different phone on a different package with them. They said the contract will be cancelled and my number will be converted to prepaid. They informed me that the phone will be sent to headoffice for inspection and approval. I kept the simcard and used it in a other spare phone. On Wednesday morning 5am, 28 August 2013 the sim card was cancelled and displayed a message of: Sim not provisioned :2. I phoned the store and informed them and they said its normal. Contract has been cancelled and is in the process of being converted to prepaid. It takes 24 hours so i should be connected again in 24hours. 3 days later im still not connected. I phoned the store and they said its taking a bit longer than usual but i must be patient. Today is 7 days later and im still disconnected! What is going on
