A few months ago I cancelled my neotel contract which included the phone and modem. I specifically asked that both devices be converted to prepaid. Call Centre told me that it would take 1 month for the cancellation to go through and thereafter the conversion to prepaid. To-date only the modem has been converted.
I've sent emails numerous emails to support and retentions to Neotel regarding the phone. Yesterday, I went to a neotel store when the Call Centre promised me that my phone will be on prepaid by close of business yesterday. I still don't have a prepaid Neotel phone.
Should I dump the phone?
