2 weeks ago I went to cell c in rosebank with my galaxy note 2 which required repairs. I was extremely upset with cell c's service at the time and wanted to port over to vodacom. I spoke to the manager there Abdullah. With me throwing tantrems and wanting my phone fixed he never showed me any disrespect and just stayed calm and always had a smile. He treated me with kindness and respect which I highly appreciated. When my phone was returned he even went the extra mile in assisting me with setting up my phone and my laptop which I was having trouble with connecting to the internet. He is really a true gentleman and never looses his cool even with the most irate of customers as I witnessed when I returned to collect my phone. In fact the entire staff is extremely friendly and all I can say is that I will not be moving from cell c. Abdullahs technical knowledge is amazing and as far as customer service goes... I dont feel like a customer but part of the cell c family.
